Registration for ISC West is available online through the official website, which lists a registration inquiry and pre-registration option. Registration is open with pricing information available, and the floor plan and exhibitor directory are posted on the website. Multiple pass types are offered, including exhibit-only and education-focused packages, and qualified non-exhibiting manufacturers may attend. A third-party guide reports that the cost of a ticket depends on the pass chosen, with a range of roughly $125 to $1,300. Attendees can print badges at home to skip registration lines. ISC West is the U.S. flagship of the International Security Conference & Exposition portfolio, produced by RX in collaboration with the Security Industry Association (SIA). The show has a history dating back more than 50 years and attracts around 30,000 people every year. SIA, founded in 1969, is a non-profit international trade association for global security solution providers whose members manufacture, specify, distribute, install and support electronic and physical security products and systems. The event has grown into the largest converged security gathering in North America, and in 2025 it added an extra day of education, creating a four-day SIA Education@ISC Passport Program. ISC West is complemented by its East Coast counterpart, ISC East, held at the Javits Center in New York City.

201 Sands Avenue
The Venetian Expo (formerly the Sands Expo) is a large convention center adjacent to The Venetian and The Palazzo resorts just off the Las Vegas Strip. Combined with the Venetian Convention Center at the Venetian and Palazzo, the Venetian Expo Center boasts 2.25 million square feet of flexible combined meeting and convention space. The Venetian Expo has four exhibit halls. The complex features expansive expo halls and over 300 meeting rooms, nearly all of them customizable. The resort recently invested in state-of-the-art network infrastructure and is one of the largest, most robust Wi-Fi6 meeting and convention centers in the world, providing continuous high-speed internet across the entire resort. There are two food courts in Hall G on Level 1.
The venue is served by the Venetian and Palazzo parking facilities. The Venetian Resort offers two paid self-parking garages and valet. Parking rates are subject to change, and event rates may be in effect, so check posted signage on arrival. Limited oversized vehicle parking is available on the first level of The Venetian parking garage, accessible from either the Las Vegas Blvd or Koval Lane entrances. Accessible/handicap parking is available in the garage on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Venetian Expo sits on the Las Vegas Strip with several transportation options. The venue is about 4.5 miles from Harry Reid International Airport, roughly a 15-minute drive. Taxi fare from Harry Reid International Airport to the Venetian Expo Center is a flat $27. Taxi and Lyft/Uber lanes are located immediately outside of Venetian Expo's front entrance, and rideshare users should arrange pickup only after making a reservation, as waiting in the driveway is not permitted. The center is accessible via the "Deuce" double-decker buses that run along the Strip; get off at The Venetian coming from the South and at Treasure Island coming from the North. The Las Vegas Monorail also serves the area.
The Venetian Resort is the headquarters hotel and is directly connected to the Expo. The Venetian Resort and The Venetian Expo are connected via The Venetian Convention Center. ISC also partners with Connections Housing to offer discounted rooms at other Strip hotels. Options include:
