The John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center is located in the heart of Boston's historic Back Bay neighborhood. The exhibit hall offers 176,480 square feet of usable space and can be divided into as many as four smaller exhibit spaces spanning two of the building's three floors.

Parking in Back Bay is limited, so plan ahead. Within a three-block walk of the Hynes Convention Center are numerous parking garages totaling over 4,400 spaces. There is limited meter parking available around the Hynes and adjacent streets.

• The Hynes Auditorium Garage at 50 Dalton Street, operated by Pilgrim Parking, is the closest option and about a 3-minute walk from the Hynes entrance; reach Pilgrim Parking at (617) 247-8006.
• Other nearby garages include the Back Bay Hilton Hotel Garage (40 Dalton Street), Boston Marriott Copley Place (100 Huntington Avenue), Colonnade Hotel Garage (120 Huntington Avenue), Copley Place Garage (100 Huntington Avenue), Prudential Center Garage (800 Boylston Street), and Sheraton Boston Hotel Garage (39 Dalton Street).
• Parking apps such as ParkBoston, ParkWise, SPOT Parking, Veer, and SpotHero let you pay from your phone, find open spaces, and reserve a spot where available.

Getting to the Hynes is easy by air and public transit:

• By air: The Hynes Convention Center is located just 4.6 miles from Logan International Airport, with shuttle access via the Back Bay Logan Express shuttle. Shuttle service is free from Logan Airport to Back Bay, and $3 for service from Back Bay to Logan.
• By public transit (MBTA): The Hynes is close to four MBTA stops — the Hynes Convention Center, Prudential Center, and Copley Square stops on the Green Line, and the Back Bay stop on the Orange Line. The Back Bay station also serves the Orange Line, Commuter Rail, and Amtrak, and is reachable via indoor passageways.
• By rail: Amtrak service in Boston is at Back Bay Station, right down the street from the Hynes.
• Rideshare/taxi & driving: Parking is very limited in this area of Boston, and the Hynes is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Logan Airport. The convention center authority encourages attendees and exhibitors to take public transportation to the Hynes.

The Hynes is directly connected to several major hotels via indoor passageways in the Back Bay, plus many more within walking distance:

• The Sheraton Boston Hotel is the Headquarters hotel for VAM26, connected via the Prudential Center to the Hynes Convention Center.
• The Sheraton Boston is directly connected to the convention center, the Marriott Copley Place is connected via the Copley Place Mall, and the Westin Copley Place is also connected via the Copley Place Mall.
• The Colonnade Hotel Boston is connected underground via the Prudential Center T stop and Prudential Mall.
• Additional hotels within a three-to-four block radius include the Mandarin Oriental, Back Bay Hilton, Copley Square Hotel, Marriott Courtyard, Lenox Hotel, and Fairmont Copley Plaza.

All hotels in the official VAM26 room block are walkable to the convention center. Boston hotels are expected to sell out during VAM week due to multiple events across the city, so reserving early through the VAM hotel block is recommended.
