Medtrade 2027

Registration for the 2027 show opens in the Fall. Attendees can use the "Keep Me Posted" / inquiry link on the official site to receive registration updates.

Pass types (based on the most recently published 2026 pricing, subject to change for 2027):

• Attendee Expo Pass — access to the expo hall only; 2026 pricing ranged from $59 (earliest "Insider" rate) up to $169 onsite.
• Attendee Conference Pass — access to conference sessions plus the expo hall and Medtrade Mixer; 2026 pricing ranged from $220 to $429 depending on registration window.
• Add-ons — individual workshops and the Stand Up for Homecare reception carry separate fees.

With the purchase of a conference pass you may attend any session(s) of your choosing as well as access the expo hall, though this does not include Workshops; expo passes do not include access to sessions. Pricing tiers rise as the show approaches, so early registration offers the best rates. Attendees with a promo code can enter it in the Promo Code box at the beginning of registration to receive the offer.

Since 1979, Medtrade has been the premier trade show and conference for the home medical equipment industry in the United States, originally known as the National Home Healthcare Exhibition. Over more than four decades it has grown into the largest annual sourcing opportunity for home medical equipment in the country.

The show rotates among major U.S. cities. After three consecutive years in Dallas, Medtrade headed to the Phoenix Convention Center in Arizona for the 2026 show, held March 2–4; the venue had also hosted successful events in 2021 and 2022. Medtrade returns to Fort Worth for 2027 after cycling through Phoenix and other cities in recent years, reflecting the show's practice of moving between host cities. The event is produced by Emerald X, LLC.
