Minnesota Pork Congress 2027

Registration for the Minnesota Pork Congress is handled through the show's online registration system. Pre-registration for the 2027 Minnesota Pork Congress trade show was scheduled to open in September 2026.

Key points about the registration process:

1. Register online in advance; you can register multiple people, but you will need a separate email address for each attendee.
2. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email containing a QR code prior to the event.
3. Name badges are not mailed. When you arrive at the Pork Congress registration desk, scan your QR code to print your badge on site.
4. If you do not have your QR code, staff can look up your badge by name, and multiple staff are on hand to assist.
5. On-site registration is also available at the registration desk when you arrive.

Exhibitors with a SIP/MPPA partner code can apply it when registering online.

The Minnesota Pork Congress is organized by the Minnesota Pork Board and the Minnesota Pork Producers Association (MPPA), and holding the trade show is one of the association's core activities. The MPPA promotes strategic investment in pork production and research and advocates on behalf of Minnesota's pig farmers.

The event has been held for many years and has moved venues over time. In 2015, for example, Pork Congress was held at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis. In recent years the show has been hosted at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato, Minnesota. The organization refreshed its brand heading into 2026.
