Music Teachers National Association - MTNA 2027

Exhibitor costs for the 2027 conference are published as follows:

• Standard booth: $1,150 per 10 ft. x 8 ft. booth.
• Entrepreneurs Corner table: $500 per table.

Sponsorship packages are also available, including Advocate Level ($3,000), Artist Level ($5,495), and Virtuoso Level ($7,495), along with an Exhibit Add-on Gold Package ($1,195) and various à la carte options such as tote bag sponsorship ($5,000), registration packet inserts ($750), and reception sponsorships ($3,995 each). The exhibit hall runs April 3–5, 2027.

Registration is available online or via downloadable PDF forms through the Registration tab on the conference website, and can also be completed by phone or mail. Early-bird discounts are available through December 15.

Key points to note:

• Registration fees do not include meals, hotel, or Pedagogy Friday (which requires registering for at least one conference day plus an additional fee).
• Refund requests must be submitted no later than February 18, 2027, using the online request form; a $125 processing fee applies ($25 for collegiate registrations), and refunds are issued after the event.
• Badges and program books are not mailed in advance—attendees pick up registration materials at the Conference registration desk in the hotel.
• On-site registration opens Thursday, April 1 (5:00–6:30 p.m.) and continues each conference day.

The MTNA National Conference is the annual conference of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA), which celebrated its historic 150th anniversary in 2026—placing its founding in 1876 and making it one of the oldest music teacher organizations in the United States. The 2026 conference was held in Chicago in conjunction with that 150th anniversary celebration. The conference rotates among major U.S. cities each year, with the 2027 edition scheduled for St. Louis, Missouri.
