Exhibitor and sponsor rates for the 2027 Charlotte conference are tiered by organization type and registration date.

Commercial Company (includes two 6' tables, up to 3 name badges with full access to conference events and meals, logo on the conference app exhibitor page, the conference registrant list four weeks prior, and a one-year NOSS membership for one representative):

1. $1,500 if registered and paid by 6/01/2026
2. $2,000 for 6/02/2026–9/01/2026
3. $2,500 for 9/02/2026–12/01/2026

Not-for-Profit Organization or Institution (includes one table, 2 name badges with full access and meals, and logo on the conference app exhibitor page):

1. $950 if registered and paid by 6/01/2026
2. $1,050 for 6/02/2026–9/01/2026
3. $1,250 for 9/02/2026–12/01/2026

Absentee Sponsor and Reciprocal Organization options are also offered. Optional add-ons include event sponsorships and focus groups. In-conjunction-with (ICW) events, such as focus groups or product demonstrations held at the conference hotel outside the conference schedule, require a $300 fee.

Registration for NOSS 2027 is open, with a Super Early Bird rate advertised as lower than the 2025 and 2026 rates. Registration is completed online through the official NOSS website (thenoss.org).

• Presenters must register for the conference; unregistered presenters may have their sessions cancelled. The proposal deadline for the 2027 program was September 1, 2026.
• Exhibitors/sponsors register via the exhibitor order form; the deadline to secure a spot on the program is September 1, 2026.
• Transfers: The deadline to transfer a registration to another person is February 10, 2027.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made January 1–February 10, 2027 incur a $75 cancellation fee (exhibitor cancellations follow a separate schedule, with no refund after February 10, 2027).

NOSS, the National Organization for Student Success, is a 501(c)3 non-profit that traces its roots to the National Association for Developmental Education (NADE), whose history spans 1976–2016. The organization adopted the NOSS name as part of a rebranding built around the mission of supporting educators in improving students' lives. The 2026 gathering in New York City marked the organization's 50th Annual Conference, and the 2027 Charlotte event is the 51st Annual Conference, reflecting a long, continuous run of national meetings serving the developmental education and student-success community.
