National Association of Trailer Manufacturers - NATM 2027

Booth space is sold in 10' x 10' increments through Map Your Show's online booth sales software, with sign-up available online only and payment by credit card. Published rates for 2027:

• 10' x 10' booth (NATM member): $2,247
• 10' x 10' booth (nonmember): $4,494

Each booth purchase includes two complimentary booth worker registrations (with access to all events except the Welcome Event), a small paper booth sign with company name and booth number, and listings on NATM.com and the Convention & Trade Show app. Note that for 2027, furniture, electric, and WiFi are not included — tables, chairs, and wastebaskets are ordered through Freeman, and WiFi and electric through the facility. Purchasing a booth does not automatically register your team for the show, and no refunds are made for exhibitor cancellations.

Registration for the 2027 #NATMShow is open and handled online through NATM's event platform (powered by Whova). Multiple pass types are available, each with registration ending February 10, 2027 at 11:59 PM CST:

• Manufacturer Full Registration (NATM Member): $530 — access to all convention events plus free entry to the Monday Welcome Event.
• Manufacturer Trade Show ONLY (Member): $230.
• Manufacturer Full Registration (Non-Member): $915 (WMI verification required).
• Manufacturer Trade Show ONLY (Non-Member): $280.
• Manufacturer Spouse registrations: FREE (full or trade-show-only).
• NATM Dealer Affiliate Full Registration: $350; Non-Member Dealer Full Registration: $430.
• Exhibiting Supplier booth workers: two complimentary per 10'x10' booth; additional booth worker full registration $290.
• First-Time Non-Exhibiting Supplier (Member): $740; Repeat/Non-Member Non-Exhibiting Supplier: $2,250 (non-solicitation agreement required).
• Dueling Pianos Welcome Event ticket: $85 (included with Trailer Manufacturer Full Registration; other ticket types must purchase separately).

NATM was founded in 1987 by a small group of trailer manufacturers in Oklahoma who shared mutual concerns; it was originally established as the National Association of Livestock Trailer Manufacturers. In 1992, "livestock" was dropped from the name as members recognized that all trailer manufacturers shared common challenges, and the organization became the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers. The association has since grown to represent more than 1,000 companies across the trailer industry, and holds its Convention & Trade Show annually each February.
