National Cattlemen's Beef Association - NCBA CattleCon 2027

CattleCon 2026 in Nashville broke the all-time event attendance record, drawing more than 9,400 cattle producers and industry stakeholders. Per the 2025 Convention Survey published in the exhibitor prospectus, the average attendee age is 51, the audience is 61% male and 39% female, and 86% of attendees have a role in purchasing on their operations. By segment, attendees include Cow-Calf (35%), Feedlot Owner/Manager (11%), Farmer/Feeder (8%), Stocker/Backgrounder (6%), Seedstock (5%), Vet/Consultant (4%), and Retail/Packer (4%). Top products attendees planned to purchase in the next 12 months included animal identification/electronic ID tags (51%), animal health products (47%), and artificial intelligence equipment (46%).

For the CattleCon 2027 NCBA Trade Show, booth pricing is tiered by reservation date:

• Super Save (before April 1, 2026): $28 per square foot, or $2,800 per 10x10 space
• Early Bird (April 1 – August 1, 2026): $29 per square foot, or $2,900 per 10x10 space
• Standard (after August 1, 2026): $30 per square foot, or $3,000 per 10x10 space

A corner premium of $300 applies per corner. Island exhibit spaces carry an added island premium, with examples including 20x20 at $12,600, 20x40 at $24,000, 30x40 at $35,400, and 50x50 at $72,450. Discounts of 50% off are available for affiliates, universities, non-profit and government agencies, and retail; 4+ inline booths receive $100 off per 10x10. Each 10x10 space includes three complimentary registrations. Full booth payment is due August 1, 2026.

Attendee registration and housing for CattleCon 2027 are open now through the official registration portal (registration.experientevent.com/showMOO271). Registration includes all General Sessions, Cattlemen's College sessions and demonstrations, business/committee meetings, Wednesday and Thursday night events, daily entry to the NCBA Trade Show, and trade show lunches and receptions.

Full registration pricing:

1. NCBA Member – $900 per person
2. Non-Member – $1,200 per person (includes a one-year NCBA membership)
3. Student – $550 per person (high school through doctoral)

One-day passes range from $300–$525 depending on the day and membership. Prices increase after September 1, 2026. Children ages 12 and under are free for Cattlemen's College sessions and the trade show with a registered guardian. Optional add-ons include the Prime Pass ($375), Cattle Feeders Hall of Fame Banquet ($250), BEEFit Fun Run ($50), and various tours. A hotel reservation requires a completed registration; the housing cutoff is Friday, January 5.
