Accepted payment methods are American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and check; purchase orders and payment plans are not accepted. Cancellation requests received after June 17, 2026, are nonrefundable, and registrations may be transferred to another person within your organization by emailing meetings@ncra.org.
The Conference & Expo is the annual convention of the National Court Reporters Association, the professional association representing court reporters, captioners, and legal videographers. The Hyatt Regency Bellevue (900 Bellevue Way NE) is the official conference hotel, offering a discounted NCRA group rate of $235 per night plus taxes for stays between April 1 and July 19, 2026 (group code G-NCRC). Because the event is hosted in the hotel, staying within the room block keeps attendees closest to all sessions and events. The hotel sits in walkable downtown Bellevue, where additional lodging, restaurants, and shopping are nearby. Note that NCRA's official room block has closed; NCRA does not use third-party housing services.

The event is designed for court reporters, captioners, and legal videographers at every stage, including seasoned professionals seeking advanced knowledge, new professionals launching their careers, and students. Attendees network with peers and industry leaders and explore products in the Expo Hall.
Full registration is $760 and student registration is $320, with single-day options also available. Online registration has closed, but attendees can still register on-site in Bellevue; NCRA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and check.
Attendees can earn up to 1.425 CEUs, including the keynote session. Preconference sessions offer an additional 0.3 to 0.4 CEU each and require separate registration for an additional fee, and the Realtime Boot Camp awards 0.3 CEU.
The keynote speaker is Ellen Jovin, author of the national bestseller "Rebel with a Clause" and proprietor of the Grammar Table. Her talk focuses on how clear communication shapes understanding and trust in fast-moving, high-stakes settings.
