Note that NCRA's official room block has closed; NCRA does not use third-party housing services.

The event is designed for court reporters, captioners, and legal videographers at every stage, including seasoned professionals seeking advanced knowledge, new professionals launching their careers, and students. Full registration is $760 and student registration is $320, with single-day options also available. Online registration has closed, but attendees can still register on-site in Bellevue; NCRA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and check.
Attendees can earn up to 1.425 CEUs, including the keynote session. Preconference sessions offer an additional 0.3 to 0.4 CEU each and require separate registration for an additional fee, and the Realtime Boot Camp awards 0.3 CEU.
The keynote speaker is Ellen Jovin, author of the national bestseller "Rebel with a Clause" and proprietor of the Grammar Table. Her talk focuses on how clear communication shapes understanding and trust in fast-moving, high-stakes settings.
