National Sheriffs' Association Winter Conference - NSA 2027

According to NSA's sponsorship materials, the Winter Conference draws an audience of approximately 1,000+ attendees. The Opening Plenary (General) Session seats approximately 250 attendees. The audience is composed of sheriffs, deputies, members of Congress, federal agency officials, Homeland Security and federal policing representatives, first responders, and other law enforcement professionals.

For the 2027 NSA Winter Conference, exhibit space is priced at $2,250 per 8' x 6' tabletop. The conference uses a compact tabletop exhibition format (8' wide x 6' deep); due to space limitations, larger booths (such as 10' x 10' displays) and vehicles are not permitted.

Each exhibit package includes:

• Two (2) full conference registrations (including Tuesday lunch, the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception, and Wednesday breakfast)
• Company listing and description in the conference mobile app
• Listing in Sheriff & Deputy magazine (deadlines apply) and on the NSA website
• A draped 8' back wall, 3' draped side rails, a 6' draped table, and two chairs
• Carpeted exhibit space and a booth identification sign
• Pre-conference and post-conference attendee lists

Separate sponsorship opportunities are also available, ranging from roughly $250 add-ons up to $18,000 exclusive packages.

Attendee registration for the 2027 Winter Conference was listed as "coming soon" on the official website at the time of research; prospective attendees should check nsawinter.org for the registration launch.

Exhibitors can reserve space using the online exhibit application and floor plan on the conference website. Exhibit space is assigned through NSA staff, with contacts split alphabetically by company name:

The NSA Winter Conference is one of the annual conferences of the National Sheriffs' Association (NSA), a U.S. trade association whose Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Ohio Secretary of State on September 26, 1940. Sheriff Walter O'Neil of Akron, Ohio was NSA's first president and held the first annual meeting in 1941. The organization's roots trace back to October 1888, when sheriffs in Minnesota and surrounding states formed the Inter-State Sheriffs' Association.

Headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, NSA is one of the largest law enforcement organizations in the country and has been the leading advocate for the nation's sheriffs in Washington, DC since its founding. NSA's annual conferences provide networking opportunities, the review and formation of the association's national policy positions on criminal justice and homeland security issues, and training and seminars for sheriffs and deputies. The 2027 edition marks a move to the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.
