New York Vet Show 2026

The organizer reports 2,600+ attendees and 2,500+ opportunities to connect. The audience is made up of veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice owners, and practice managers.

Registration is available online via the official New York Vet website. A standard Conference Pass provides full access to the clinical program, business and practice operations theater, veterinary technicians' program, CE certificate, conference proceedings, the exhibit hall, and lunch vouchers.

Tiered pricing rewards early booking:

• Conference Pass: $349 until 7/31, $399 until 9/25, $499 until 10/30
• Veterinary Technician Conference Pass (must be a current vet tech): $299 until 7/31, $349 until 9/25, $449 until 10/30
• One Day Conference Pass: $249 until 7/31, $299 until 9/25, $349 until 10/30
• Exhibition Only Pass (exhibit floor only): Veterinary always $149; Commercial pending approval
• Student Conference Pass (must be a current veterinary student): always $149

New York Vet is part of the US Vet Shows portfolio produced by CloserStill Media, which also runs Wild West Vet (Reno), BVA Live (Birmingham, UK), and the London Vet Show. The New York Vet clinical program is curated by Clinician's Brief, with education partners including NAVTA and Veterinary Practice News. The show continues to run as an annual two-day event at the Javits Center in New York City.
