North Dakota Safety Council - NDSC Annual Safety & Health Conference 2027

Based on the 2026 conference, the event drew 948 attendees (participants) representing 353 companies, and featured 115+ educational sessions and 150 exhibit booths. Organizers describe the audience as approximately 1,000 safety professionals from across North Dakota industries, including safety managers, HR professionals, trainers, and frontline leaders. Industries represented include agriculture, construction, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, transportation, and utilities.

For the 2027 exhibitor show, booth options are:

• Standard Booth: $815 — 10'x10' space with blue pipe & drape, 8' table, two chairs, blue table cover, complimentary electricity, carpeted flooring, secured wireless internet, and daily all-access for two people (breakfast, lunch & keynotes).
• Premium Booth: $875 — everything in a Standard Booth plus prime placement in high-traffic areas (end caps, near food, top-traffic aisles).
• Super Premium Booth: $2,000 — 10'x20' open-concept space (no pipe & drape), two 8' tables, four chairs, two table covers, complimentary electricity, carpeted flooring, secured wireless internet, and daily access for four people to meals & keynotes.
• Prime Booth: $2,000 — 20'x30' showcase space, two 8' tables, four chairs, two table covers, complimentary electricity, optional carpeted flooring, secured wireless internet, daily access for four people to meals & keynotes, plus a free 1/4-page ad in the Conference Program Guide and a custom push notification during prime conference hours.
