Ohio Dental Association - ODA 2026

More than 3,000 dentists and staff are expected to attend the 2026 Annual Session, drawn from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

There are three ways to register: online at prereg.net/2026/oda, by completing the registration form and mailing or faxing it, or on-site at the Annual Session.

Key deadlines and policies:

• To be eligible for reduced registration fees, your registration form and payment must be postmarked by August 7.
• Mail registrations must be postmarked by August 28, faxed registrations with credit card payments are accepted through September 1, and online registration is available through the close of Annual Session.
• Registration and a name badge are required to participate in all on-site Annual Session activities.

Approximate 2026 registration fees (by 8/7/26 / after / on-site):

• ODA member dentist: $95 / $120 / $120.
• Non-member dentist: $505 / $530 / $530.
• Hygienist: $45 / $55 / $55; EFDA, assistant, office manager and front office staff: $25 / $35 / $35; lab tech: $35 / $45 / $45.
• Dental students, dental residents, hygiene students, spouses (non-office staff) and minor children: $0.

ODA members practicing 10 years or less receive a one-time $50 discount on any paid CE course added to their registration. For a cancellation refund, written requests must be received by the ODA no later than September 1, 2026, and a $20 service fee applies to each cancellation.

The 2026 event is the 160th Ohio Dental Association Annual Session, reflecting a long-running tradition of bringing together dental professionals from Ohio and neighboring states for continuing education, exhibits and networking.
