Operations & Maintenance and Safety Conference 2027

According to ACP, the 2026 edition of OMS drew significant participation. The 2026 conference had 1,600+ attendees, 165+ exhibitors, and 90+ speakers. The audience spans clean energy operations professionals across wind, solar, and battery storage, from corporate headquarters staff to field technicians.

Booth space at OMS 2027 is priced per square foot, with rates varying by ACP membership status and how early you book. Prices are listed by square foot, and each 100 sq ft includes pipe and drape and 2 complimentary registrations only; carpet is not included but is mandatory and is the exhibitor's responsibility.

Per-square-foot rates:

• ACP Member: $37/sqft (Early Bird, before June 30, 2026), $38/sqft (Advanced, July 1–Oct. 1, 2026), and $39/sqft (Regular, after Oct. 1, 2026).
• Non-Member: $47/sqft (Early Bird), $48/sqft (Advanced), and $49/sqft (Regular).

Example Early Bird (before June 30, 2026) booth prices: a 10x10 costs $3,700 for members and $4,700 for non-members; a 10x20 costs $7,400 (member) / $9,400 (non-member); and a 10x30 costs $11,100 (member) / $14,100 (non-member).

Payment terms: a 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the application (within seven business days of receiving the invoice), the next 25% is due October 1, 2026, and 100% of payment must be submitted by December 15, 2026.

Registration for OMS 2027 was not yet open at the time of research; ACP offers a "Notify Me" sign-up to be alerted when it becomes available. For reference, 2026 conference pricing was tiered by registration date and membership status.

2026 registration rates (Early Bird by Jan 8 / Advance Jan 9–Feb 18 / Regular from Feb 19):

• ACP Member: $1,159 / $1,299 / $1,559.
• Non-Member: $1,809 / $1,939 / $2,319.
• Government and Faculty: $879 / $949 / $1,059.
• Full-Time Student & Emerging Leaders (member rate): $291 flat.
• One-Day Conference Pass (member): $773 flat.

Discounts: groups of 10 or more new, paid registrations are eligible for a 20% discount. Special discount codes are available for faculty, government, students, emerging leaders, and non-profits by emailing ACP, and complimentary press and volunteer registrations are also available to those who qualify.
