Parking Industry Expo - PIE 2027

PIE 2027 is expected to draw 750+ attendees, with 38 states and 8 countries represented. The show maintains a deliberate 50/50 attendee-to-vendor mix. PIE 2026 attracted parking professionals from across North America and beyond, including 38 states, 3 Canadian provinces, and 8 countries. From the 2026 post-show survey, 91% of surveyed attendees plan to return in 2027, 82% were satisfied or very satisfied with the sessions, 95% were satisfied or very satisfied with the hotel, and the show earned a 4/5 overall conference rating.

Booth packages start at $5,500, with a limited number of booths available by design. Lead tracking and pre-show messaging are included for every exhibitor and sponsor.

Sponsorship tiers are also available, and sponsors can direct their spend toward a booth, activations, badges, or marketing:

• Gold — $17,500: eight registrations, premier booth location, expanded pre- and post-show email blasts, two meter boards, and premium ad placement.
• Silver — $12,500: six registrations, premium booth location, expanded pre-show email blast, meter board, and ad discount.
• Bronze — $7,500: four registrations, exclusive booth location, and one pre-show email blast.

Both full-show and single-day passes are offered. Payment can be made by major credit cards or company invoicing, and group registration is available on request.
