PCBC celebrated its 65th anniversary in 2024 (held that year at the Anaheim Convention Center) and continues as the official show of the Leading Builders of America. The 2026 edition marks a move to the newly opened Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in Chula Vista, San Diego.
