Public Agency Risk Management Association - PARMA Conference 2027

Exhibitor booth pricing for the 2027 conference (early rates apply before November 14, 2026; higher rates apply after):

• Standard Booth (PARMA members): $2,100 before 11/14/26, $2,300 after
• Premium Booth (PARMA members): $2,600 before 11/14/26, $2,800 after
• Standard Booth (non-members): $3,100 before 11/14/26, $3,600 after
• Premium Booth (non-members): $3,300 before 11/14/26, $3,800 after

Each booth fee includes an 8' deep x 10' wide x 8' high draped booth, one 6' draped table with two chairs and a waste basket, 3' high draped side rails, a standard one-line company sign, and two full conference registrations for booth personnel.

Additional exhibitor personnel registration (after the first two complimentary): $549 member / $749 non-member before 11/14/26; $649 / $849 after; onsite pricing (effective January 8, 2027) is $749 member / $1,049 non-member.

Sponsorships range from Patron ($3,000) and Bronze ($4,000) up to Silver ($8,000), Gold ($11,500), Platinum ($16,000), and Titanium ($21,000), with numerous à la carte sponsorship and branding opportunities also available.

Attendee and exhibitor registration are both open and handled online through PARMA's registration portal, accessible from the show page at parma.com.

1. Attendees: Register online and review the Attendee Brochure for pass types and pricing (booth personnel register separately).
2. Exhibitors: Register for a booth online; companies that exhibited in 2025 or 2026 should email events@parma.com for a personalized registration link. After securing a booth, exhibitors receive instructions by email to register booth personnel.
3. Scholarship: Eligible public entity employees can apply for the Susan Eldridge PARMA Conference Scholarship; the application deadline is Monday, October 2.

Key deadlines: exhibitor booth fees increase after November 14/15, 2026; the hotel group rate and room block are guaranteed until Friday, January 8, 2027 (or until the block fills).

PARMA, the Public Agency Risk Management Association, was founded in 1974 by a group of eight risk managers. It was the first organization of its kind, formed to provide a forum for California public-sector risk managers to share ideas at a time when no venue existed for risk managers to learn their trade. The founders wished to share experiences and techniques so colleagues would not have to "reinvent the wheel," and that collegial, networking-focused spirit still defines PARMA today.

The association has grown from that small band into an organization spanning the entire State of California, with members in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Nevada, and now comprising over 600 members across six local chapters. It remains governed by its members and a central Board of Directors. The 2027 gathering is PARMA's 53rd Annual Conference.
