Public Lands Alliance 2027

The PLA 2027 Trade Show takes place at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue on Tuesday, February 9, and Wednesday, February 10, 2027, with exhibitor setup on February 8. Booth space is offered in multiple sizes, including 10x10, 10x12, 8x17, 8x10, and 4x10 configurations.

Registration opens in tiers based on Corporate Partner level, with Corporate Partner booth discounts applied as follows:

• Trailblazers — $400 discount per booth (registration opens Oct. 6, 2026)
• Explorers — $200 discount per booth (registration opens Oct. 13, 2026)
• Stewards — $100 discount per booth (registration opens Oct. 20, 2026)
• General Public — no discount (registration opens Oct. 27, 2026)

A registration fee of $250 per Exhibitor Representative applies, but is waived for representatives who reserve accommodations in the official PLA 2027 room block before registering (a hotel confirmation number is required). The maximum number of registrants is 3 people per 10x10, 10x12, and 8x17 booth, and 2 people per 8x10 and 4x10 booth. Sponsorships are also available, starting as low as $1,000 to include company SWAG in attendee tote bags.

Exhibitor and Corporate Partner registration opens in tiered waves at 12 pm ET, beginning October 6, 2026 for Trailblazers, October 13 for Explorers, October 20 for Stewards, and October 27, 2026 for the general public. Corporate Partners receive an email the day before their registration window opens with instructions and discount codes for early registration; Corporate Partner payments must be made before trade show registration to receive discounts.

Exhibitors should note that a $250-per-representative fee applies unless accommodations are booked in the official PLA 2027 room block prior to registering. Attendee registration and scholarship information are available through the PLA 2027 Registration page. Reservations for hotels should be made only through PLA's official room block link, as PLA is not working with any third-party housing companies or travel agencies.

The Public Lands Alliance hosts its Convention and Trade Show annually as the flagship gathering for the nonprofit partners of America's public lands. The organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose members serve over 700 public lands sites nationwide, supporting national parks, forests, and wildlife refuges through education programs, trail maintenance, retail operations, and general park support. The 2027 edition in Bellevue, Washington, continues this tradition under the theme Innovation for Impact.
