The show reached a milestone in 2025. Restaurants Canada marked 80 years of industry leadership with the RC Show, held April 7 to 9 at Toronto's Enercare Centre. Following that anniversary edition, the event relocated. RC Show moved to the International Centre, beginning with the March 8-10, 2026 edition.
