SHRM Talent Conference & Exposition 2027

SHRM promotes networking opportunities with 2,500+ HR professionals from around the country and the world. The audience is composed primarily of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals working in-house, on contract, at agencies, and in search firms.

Registration for Talent 2027 is open online through the official SHRM registration portal. Passes and rates include:

• Individual In-Person Pass (Early Bird): $1,895 member / $2,295 nonmember
• Standard: $2,095 member / $2,495 nonmember
• OnSite: $2,295 member / $2,695 nonmember
• Team Pricing: $1,705 member (for 5+ tickets)
• Student Member / Chapter Advisor: $795 flat rate

Prices increase on Dec. 5, 2026. Registering at the nonmember rate includes the conference plus all the benefits of SHRM membership for one year. Groups of five or more can access team discounts via SHRM's group registration application. The pass includes attending sessions in Denver and access to recordings on the app or attendee portal for 30 days after the event. Cancellations made through October 11, 2026 receive a full refund minus a $250 fee; cancellations from October 12, 2026 through March 28, 2027 are refunded 50%; cancellations on or after March 29, 2027 are nonrefundable.

The event is produced by SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) and has a long history as SHRM's dedicated conference for recruiters and talent management professionals. In earlier years it was known as the SHRM Talent Management Conference & Exposition; the 2014 edition, for example, was held in Nashville, Tennessee, and drew nearly 1,200 HR professionals. For its 2027 edition, SHRM has reimagined the program as "Talent 2027," positioning it as an entirely new, recruiter-built event focused on AI-era hiring rather than a traditional conference format.
