Those attendees are mostly Texas public school board members, school administrators including superintendents, associate superintendents, other key district administrators and their guests. Booth pricing for txEDCON 2026 is published by size and type. Standard Inline 10'x10' booths are $2,000, with Premium Inline and Corner 10'x10' booths at $2,100 and Premium Corner 10'x10' booths at $2,200. Larger options include:

• 10'x20' configurations: $3,500 to $4,000 depending on inline/corner placement and premium status
• Bus Space 10'x50': $4,400
• Island 20'x20': $7,400 (Premium $7,600)
• Island 20'x30': $8,700
• Island 20'x40': $10,500

Booths include a 6'L x 30\"H draped table, two chairs, and a small wastebasket. Partial refunds (amount paid minus a $200 processing fee) are granted for space canceled in writing on or before June 30; no refunds are granted after June 30.

Registration and housing for txEDCON 2026 are open, and organizers advise registering by Sept. 15 for the best rates. Registration is managed by TASB via the online portal (TASB and Non-TASB login options).

• Leadership Team (all sitting board members and superintendent): $390 early / $450 standard / $525 onsite
• TASA Member (Non-Educational Entity) and Non-Member (Educational Entity): $590 early / $650 standard / $725 onsite
• Non-Member (Non-Educational Entity): $790 early / $850 standard / $925 onsite
• Students: $210 early / $260 standard / $310 onsite; Preconference Sessions: $50; Guest Badges: $75

Key dates: Early registration runs July 21 - Sept. 15, standard runs Sept. 16 - Oct. 7, and onsite rates apply after Oct. 8. Exhibitors reserve booths and request badges through the exhibitor portal.

txEDCON is the rebranded name for the long-running TASA | TASB Convention, produced jointly by the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) and the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB). It is a statewide gathering where public education decision-makers connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas. The event rotates among major Texas convention cities. Upcoming editions include txEDCON 2027 (Sept. 16-19) in San Antonio, followed by 2028 (Oct. 5-8), 2029 (Oct. 4-7), and 2030 (Oct. 3-6), all at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio.
