Texas Association of School Business Officials - TASBO Engage Annual Conference 2027

TASBO reported that more than 4,000 attendees and exhibitors participated in the 2026 Engage Conference in Grapevine, and the 2025 conference in Austin similarly drew more than 4,000 attendees and exhibitors. Attendees span the school business and operations field, including CFOs, accountants, business managers, and directors of technology, facilities, transportation, and food service from school districts, charter schools, and education service centers across Texas.

Registration is handled through the TASBO members portal at members.tasbo.org. Attendees can register themselves or a colleague, then build an itinerary by selecting from three options: Conference Registration Only; Conference plus Courses and/or Workshops; or Courses and/or Workshops Only.

TASBO's Engage Conference is the association's largest and most comprehensive annual event for Texas school business and operations professionals. TASBO marked its 80th anniversary as an association at the 2026 conference, indicating the organization's founding around 1946. The conference rotates among major Texas cities: it was held in San Antonio in 2023, Austin in 2025 (TASBO's first Austin conference since 2017), and Grapevine in 2026. Upcoming editions are planned for San Antonio in 2027, San Antonio again in 2028 (February 28–March 3), Houston in 2029, Grapevine in 2030, and Austin in 2031.
