The Aesthetic Show is held at the Wynn Las Vegas, a luxury resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Wynn Las Vegas and Encore sit on the northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road, across from the Fashion Show Mall. The property offers extensive conference and meeting space, on-site dining, spas, and resort accommodations, providing an upscale backdrop for the conference's scientific sessions and exhibit hall.

The nearest airport is Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran). Wynn Las Vegas is just over five miles from the Harry Reid International Airport Rent-A-Car Center. The distance from the airport to the Wynn is about 4.25 miles, with a typical taxi fare around $29 via Paradise Road/Swenson. Rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) operate to and from the resort, and pick up and drop off at all Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Resort entrances. Car rental is available on-site, and the Strip location offers access to monorail and other Las Vegas transit options.
The Wynn Las Vegas itself serves as the host hotel, and the show partners with the resort for discounted attendee rooms. The property is on the Las Vegas Strip, so numerous additional hotels are within easy reach. The Wynn is ideally located next to the Venetian resort with easy access to the Venetian Expo Center and the Las Vegas Convention Center (about 1.8 miles away), and is across from the upscale Fashion Show mall. Neighboring Strip resorts such as Encore, The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Resorts World are all within a short walk or drive.
