The Obesity Society - TOS Annual Meeting - Obesity Week 2026

Published sponsorship rates are available for select in-conference programs: Corporate Supported Symposia are priced at approximately $60,000 for breakfast or dinner slots and $65,000 for lunch slots. Pricing tiers (in-person conference registration):

• Early-Bird (by Aug. 17): TOS Regular Member $675; Post-Graduate Trainee Member $250; Student/Emeritus Member $200; Regular Non-Member $1,050.
• Standard (by Oct. 12): Regular Member $725; Regular Non-Member $1,100.
• Late/On-Site (Oct. 13 onward): Regular Member $775; Regular Non-Member $1,150.

Registration includes all in-person sessions, the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, the Closing Reception, access to the Exhibit and Poster Hall, networking, and social events (meals are not included). Early bird rates end August 17, 2026. You must be an active TOS member through the last day of the conference (November 17, 2026) to qualify for member rates. Cancellations are fully refunded through October 12, 2026, minus a $50 processing fee.
