The Southeast Recycling Conference & Trade Show 2027

SERC draws over 400 professionals, with a typical audience of 400–500 industry attendees. The organizers report that roughly 65% of attendees come from outside the Southeast, reflecting the event's national reach. The audience is made up of paper mill operators and buyers, brokers, MRF operators, recycling coordinators, solid waste directors, processors, equipment dealers and manufacturers, transporters, and Fortune 500 sustainability managers.

The standard Exhibit Booth is priced at $1,897 and includes:

• Two (2) full conference registrations (up to 3 additional exhibit reps at $257 each)
• An 8' deep x 10' wide exhibit booth
• One 6' draped and skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 header sign, and 1 wastebasket
• Company listings in the final program, on the conference website, and on the event's Facebook and LinkedIn pages

Electricity is not included but can be ordered for an additional $170. Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis, with sponsors given first choice based on sponsorship level. There is room for approximately 50 booths.

Registration is handled online through the SERC website. Available pass types and fees are:

• VIP Registration – $697: all sessions and exhibit hall, full attendee contact database, VIP Lounge access, breakfasts, receptions, Wednesday lunch, proceedings, and Casino Night entry.
• Regular Registration – $597: all sessions and exhibit hall, attendee list (names/affiliations), breakfasts, receptions, lunch, proceedings, and Casino Night entry.
• Government and Non-Profits – $397: same inclusions as Regular registration.
• Trade Show Only – $327: exhibit hall admission, breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and reception drink tickets.
• Casino Night – $97: entry ticket and two drink tickets (included in VIP, Regular, and Govt/NGO passes).
• Virtual Registration – $295: virtual access to all sessions plus proceedings.

Cancellation: Written notice is required at least 10 working days before the conference for a refund (minus a $75 processing fee); no refunds after that.
