The Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation (IOF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded on the idea that the future of medicine is regenerative, offering the only standardized, CME-accredited curriculum in interventional orthobiologics. Its annual conference, historically known as the IOF MAX Experience, returned to in-person format in February 2022 at the Omni Interlocken Resort and Conference Center in Broomfield, Colorado — the organization's first live gathering in two years. The 2026 event, IOF MAX with TOBI, is the 11th annual conference and reflects a collaboration between IOF and TOBI (The Orthobiologic Institute). For this milestone edition, the meeting moved to a new, larger location at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center near Denver.
