Unified Wine & Grape Symposium 2027

In 2025, the Symposium welcomed over 10,000 industry professionals. Every January, the trade show is home to over 650 suppliers to the wine and grape industry, with thousands of industry professionals attending and over 700 booths, making it the largest wine and grape industry conference and trade show of its kind in North America. Attendees include vineyard managers, vineyard owners, winemakers, winery managers, marketing executives, retail tasting room personnel, and more.

Registration for the 2027 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium will open in Fall 2026 — check the official website closer to the event. Registration is handled online through the official site, with an early-bird period that offers discounts before the deadline. In past years attendees could save up to $200 depending on registration type by registering before the early-bird deadline.

Pass types have historically included full registration, single-day session passes and an exhibits-only option. For reference from a prior year: a single-day session fee was $245 for members/affiliates of ASEV or CAWG and $310 for non-members, and an Exhibits Only registration was $55.00, entitling the holder to admission to the exhibits for both trade-show days, including the Regional Wine Tasting. Pre-registered attendees pick up badges at the registration area in the West Lobby of the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center; badges are not mailed in advance.

Since ASEV and CAWG joined forces to create the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium in 1995, it has become the largest wine and grape conference in the nation. The event celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2025. The organizers mark more than three decades of networking and knowledge sharing, and the show has grown into the largest wine and grape industry conference and trade show of its kind in North America, with over 650 exhibitors and more than 700 booths. The Symposium takes place at Sacramento's SAFE Credit Union Convention Center.
