VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo 2027

In 2025, VISION drew over 3,500 attendees. The audience comes from 47 U.S. states, 7 Canadian provinces, and 6 countries, and the event is supported by 140+ sponsors and exhibitors representing every corner of the auto service industry. Attendees include automotive technicians, shop owners, service advisors, and auto repair educators.

Registration is completed online at visionkc.com. Note that pricing below reflects the 2026 event; 2027 details are expected to be revealed in fall 2026 and can be used as a reference.

Registration types include:

• Attending Conference Training – full access to training courses
• Attending Expo Only – free admission to the exhibit hall for those not attending training sessions
• A la carte registration – individual courses at $150 per session (opened February 2, 2026)

MWACA members receive discounts (e.g., $75 off the 4-Day Power Pass and $25 off the Weekend Training Package when registering by the member deadline). For the 2026 event, early bird pricing ended December 19, 2025, and full refunds (less a $50 processing fee) were available for written cancellations received by January 30, 2026; name substitutions are accepted.

VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo has been running for over 30 years, establishing itself as a top-tier automotive training event and networking gathering well-known across the industry. It is produced by the Midwest Auto Care Alliance (MWACA) and aligns with the organization's mission to promote excellence, professionalism, and ongoing success throughout the independent automotive service industry.
