Water Quality Technology Conference & Expo - AWWA 2026

Registration for the 2026 WQTC is open and can be completed online through AWWA's event registration portal.

Early-bird rates are valid until Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Registration types and early/regular rates include:

• Full-Conference Registration (best value; includes educational sessions, exposition, reception, and lunches; excludes pre-conference workshops and facility tour): Member $785 early / $990 regular; Non-member $1,030 early / $1,135 regular.
• Exhibits Only (exhibit hall access, no sessions): $80 member early / $100 otherwise.
• Student (student ID required): $60 early / $85 regular.
• Speaker (discounted, same access as full-conference): from $470.
• Spouse/Guest Registration (non-industry; exhibit hall and reception): $60.
• Pre-Conference Workshops (separate fee, limited capacity): $165–$495 depending on workshop and membership.
• Facility Tour: $80.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to service@awwa.org; phone cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations by the early-bird deadline receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee, and after that deadline are non-refundable, though substitute registrants are welcome.

The Water Quality Technology Conference is a long-running annual specialty conference presented by the American Water Works Association, an organization formed to promote public health, safety, and welfare through improving the quality and quantity of water. WQTC has grown into one of the largest water-quality specialty conferences in the world, convening water professionals each year to share advances in water-quality research, treatment technology, and regulatory practice. The 2026 edition takes place in Memphis, Tennessee.
