Wisconsin Lodging Trade Show - WHLA 2026

The 2026 trade show offers a Standard Booth (8' x 10' draped booth with a table and one chair), with rates that rise as deadlines approach and member discounts applied across all tiers:

• Early (Mar 1 – Jul 31): $970 member / $1,310 non-member
• Standard (Aug 1 – Sep 25): $1,025 member / $1,350 non-member
• Last Chance (Sep 26 – Oct 15): $1,150 member / $1,495 non-member

Each booth includes a listing in event materials, one exhibitor pass, discounted conference attendee passes, and the option to participate in sponsorships. Extra exhibitor passes range from $110 to $325 depending on tier and membership. Sponsorship opportunities range from $300 (Friend level) to $5,000 (Presenting Sponsor).

Registration is completed online through the WHLA event page, or by contacting WHLA staff directly. Attendees can register for the full conference, and educational sessions and meals can be purchased for an additional fee at the time of registration. Member discounts apply.

Exhibitor booking follows a tiered deadline schedule:

1. Early: March 1 – July 31
2. Standard: August 1 – September 25
3. Last Chance: September 26 – October 15

The Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show is the annual signature event of the Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association. The host location is selected each year by the WHLA Board of Directors, which emphasizes rotating the event to different areas of the state, and all WHLA events are held at WHLA member properties. The 2026 conference is hosted at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
