About this venue
Expo Guadalajara is described as the largest event venue in Mexico, with about 119,000 m² of total surface area, and has operated as a major hub for the meetings industry since 1987. It welcomes more than 2.2 million national and international visitors per year and hosts some of Mexico's most important exhibitions. The complex is divided into several halls including Salón Jalisco, Salón Guadalajara, Salón México, regional halls, business centers and open-air spaces. For AHR Expo México 2026, the event is held in Salón Jalisco, with show hours of 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on all three days.
Parking
Expo Guadalajara is served by on-site and nearby parking, and several adjacent hotels offer parking for guests. For example, Fiesta Inn Guadalajara Expo, directly in front of the convention center, provides complimentary parking for registered guests and event attendees, while nearby hotels such as Holiday Inn Guadalajara Expo offer self-parking for a daily fee. Visitors driving in should arrive early during peak show hours, as demand around the Expo area is high.
Getting there
Expo Guadalajara sits on Av. Mariano Otero and is served by public transportation, with three transit stations located on its plaza and two more along Av. Mariano Otero. Public transport routes serving the venue include lines T04-B, T10, T11-B, C49, C128, C130 and others. A MiBici public bike-share station (GDL-157) with 15 docking ports is located on the venue plaza for sustainable travel around the metropolitan area. Rideshare and taxis are also readily available. For air travel, United Airlines is the official airline of AHR Expo México, offering attendees a discount of roughly 2%–7% on flights to Guadalajara with a promotional code; Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) is the main gateway to the city.
