AHR Expo México is presented as the largest and most important HVACR exhibition in Latin America, with more than 29 years of history according to the organizer. The show rotates among major Mexican cities: the 2026 edition is set for Guadalajara, and the 2027 edition is announced for Mexico City (CDMX), September 21–23. It is organized by Exposiciones Industriales de México S. de R.L. de C.V., based in Monterrey, and is the Mexican counterpart to the U.S. AHR Expo.

Expo Guadalajara is described as the largest event venue in Mexico, with about 119,000 m² of total surface area, and has operated as a major hub for the meetings industry since 1987. It welcomes more than 2.2 million national and international visitors per year and hosts some of Mexico's most important exhibitions. The complex is divided into several halls including Salón Jalisco, Salón Guadalajara, Salón México, regional halls, business centers and open-air spaces. For AHR Expo México 2026, the event is held in Salón Jalisco, with show hours of 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on all three days.

Expo Guadalajara sits on Av. Mariano Otero and is served by public transportation, with three transit stations located on its plaza and two more along Av. Mariano Otero. The organizer works with GCI Grupos y Convenciones Internacionales as its authorized housing provider, which has negotiated preferential rates at hotels near Expo Guadalajara with no additional cost to attendees. The venue is located in the Verde Valle area of Guadalajara, a well-connected commercial zone with numerous hotels nearby.
