Academy of Management Annual Meeting - AOM 2026

AOM does not publish an official attendee headcount for the Annual Meeting on the pages reviewed, but it is consistently described as the largest gathering of management and organization scholars in the world. As context for the audience it draws, the Academy of Management notes that it was founded in 1936 and its global community is more than 21,000 members strong across over 110 countries. The Exhibit Hall audience is drawn from more than 100 countries and hundreds of universities and institutions.

Registration is completed online through your AOM Member Profile, and an active AOM membership valid through 31 August 2026 is required to register; your membership type determines your rate. Rates for AOM 2026 are:

• Academic / Executive: $549 (Early, 4 Mar–5 May), $649 (Regular, 6 May–30 June), $749 (Late, 1 July–4 Aug), $199 (On-Demand).
• Student / Emeritus: $275 (Early), $325 (Regular), $375 (Late), $99 (On-Demand).

Registration steps:

1. Log in to your AOM profile and confirm your membership is active.
2. Click "Register for Events" and select the Annual Meeting.
3. Review the Event Overview, then click Register and choose your registration ticket.
4. Accept the Acknowledgement and Agreement.
5. Optionally add Fee-Based Sessions or a Networking Guest Pass.
6. Review your cart, check out, apply any discount code, and process payment.

A Networking Guest Pass is available for $85 for an eligible spouse, partner, companion, or child 18 or older, granting access to the Exhibit Hall, Opening Reception, and networking hubs. Payment by credit card, ACH/eCheck, mailed check, or wire transfer is accepted. The hotel housing reservation deadline is 8 July 2026.
