Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association - ADISA Spring Symposium 2027

Registration for ADISA conferences is handled online through ADISA's member portal, with separate attendee and exhibitor pricing published for each event. ADISA advises booking hotel rooms only through the official link in its reservation system and warns that it does not call or email individuals to solicit hotel reservations. Specific 2027 pricing and deadlines had not yet been published at the time of writing.

ADISA was founded in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2003, and was previously known as REISA and, before that, TICA. It is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit trade association with an affiliated 501(c)(3) foundation, the ADISA Foundation, which provides college scholarships. The association has grown to roughly 4,500–5,000 members who are key decision-makers representing more than 220,000 professionals, including sponsor members that have raised over $200 billion in equity and serve more than one million investors.

ADISA hosts several events each year, frequently on the West Coast to reach the majority of its members while also rotating conferences to other regions with concentrations of financial-services professionals. The Spring Conference is one of its flagship recurring events; San Diego has hosted past editions, including the 2023 Spring Conference at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.
