Attendance

More than 1,100 top practice management professionals are expected to attend. Marketing materials describe joining roughly 1,000 peers at the conference. The audience is drawn from the business side of the dental practice: dental office managers, practice administrators, treatment coordinators, scheduling and front-desk leads, insurance and billing coordinators, and financial coordinators.

Booth Pricing

Full booth and sponsorship pricing is published in the AADOM Exhibitor Kit and sponsorship materials. Standard exhibit packages include an 8-foot-wide exhibit space with one six-foot table and two chairs. Selected sponsorship tiers include, for example, a Happy Hour Sponsor at $25,000 where attendees pick up drink tickets at your booth, and a Friday Night Event Sponsor with pricing subject to location and availability. A Farewell Sponsor package (a parting gift handed to all attendees at the conclusion of the conference) is priced at $2,750. Registration

Register online through the official conference registration portal. Standard registration covers three full days (Thursday–Saturday) of education, networking, breakfast and lunch.

Standard Conference Registration: $1,255 member regular price and $1,675 non-member regular price.
Ultimate Experience Package: $1,425, which includes everything in standard registration plus a three-year AADOM membership (new or renewal).
Multi-Payment Pricing: Members can pay $1,455 in three payments of $485; non-members pay $1,875 in three payments of $625.

Cancellation policy: Now through May 15, 2026: full refund minus a 5% administrative fee; May 16–July 31, 2026: 50% refund minus a 5% administrative fee; after July 15, 2026: no refunds. Cancellations must be received in writing to the AADOM Events Team, and membership fees are non-refundable.

History
