Sample rates (USD): Member Full is $840 early bird / $1,125 regular; Non-Member Regular is $1,680 early bird / $2,250 regular; Non-Member Student is $285; Exhibit Hall Only is $100; Guests 19+ are $75 (younger guests free). Members save significantly, and discounted LMIC (Low- and Lower-Middle-Income Country) rates are available for eligible participants.

On-site registration is in the Second Floor Foyer of the Vancouver Convention Centre West; all attendees must pick up badges at the registration desk on arrival.
The event is organized by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM), which advances medicine through excellence in the science, education, and professional practice of medical physics. The 2026 edition is a joint scientific meeting held together with the Canadian Organization of Medical Physicists (COMP). Based on AAPM's own reference to the 69th Annual Meeting taking place in Columbus, OH, in 2027, the 2026 Vancouver meeting represents the association's 68th Annual Meeting. COMP and AAPM acknowledge that the 2026 meeting is held on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
The 2026 joint AAPM | COMP Annual Meeting & Exhibition takes place July 19–22, 2026, at the Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC, Canada.
The event is intended for medical physicists, researchers, dosimetrists, educators, and industry partners working in clinical practice, research, academia, and industry, spanning imaging, therapy, and radiological sciences.
Registration opens March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET through the official AAPM system and requires a free AAPM account. Rates vary by category; for example, Member Full is $840 USD early bird and $1,125 USD regular, while Exhibit Hall Only access is $100 USD. The early bird deadline is June 22, 2026.
In-Person with On-Demand Access includes scientific and educational sessions, Exhibit Hall access, meals and breaks, the Opening Party, the Awards & Honors Ceremony, Continuing Education credits, and on-demand recordings available for up to one year.
AAPM offers a block of official downtown Vancouver hotels near the Convention Centre, booked through the registration system with negotiated group rates. Reservations open March 3, 2026, and the housing reservation deadline is July 10, 2026.
