Booth Pricing

The APA 2026 Solutions Center offers two exhibit space options, both 10'x10', with pricing based on booth location.

Standard Booth, 10'x10': $3,400; $3,200; $2,900; $2,600; $2,200 (priced by location).
Technology & Innovation Hub Booth, 10'x10' (8 available): $2,900.

Booth prices include the booth frame (pipe and drape), a 2-line ID sign, four complimentary exhibitor registrations/badges, access to an exhibitor lounge with complimentary beverages, general liability insurance through Rainprotection Insurance, Solutions Center security, and general cleaning of public areas. Prices do not include booth carpet/flooring, booth furnishings, booth decoration, WiFi/internet, drayage, A/V, catering, additional insurance, nightly vacuuming, or trash removal from the booth. Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration

Registration is completed online through APA's official registration portal. Rates vary by attendee type and by registration window.
