American Public Power Association - APPA Business & Financial Conference 2026

The conference draws public power professionals at the professional and management levels. It offers the opportunity to engage with more than 450 public power leaders in areas from accounting and human resources to IT and risk management.

Expo participation is table-top only and available exclusively through sponsorship. The only way to secure a spot in the Sponsor Showcase is through sponsorship, and all items must fit on a provided six-foot table with two chairs and a waste basket.

Sponsorship packages (priced for Elite Corporate Associate Member / Corporate Associate Member / Nonmember) include:

• Signature Sponsor: $10,000 / $11,000 / $22,000
• Public Power Champion: $9,000 / $10,000 / $20,000
• Premier Networking Sponsor: $8,000 / $9,000 / $18,000
• Sustaining Networking Sponsor: $6,000 / $7,000 / $14,000
• Public Power Advocate: $5,000 / $6,000 / $12,000
• Networking Sponsor: $4,000 / $5,000 / $10,000
• Public Power Supporter: $1,500 / $2,500 / $5,000

Most packages (Advocate level and above) include Sponsor Showcase display space. Sponsorships can be purchased through the APPA Product Store.

Registration rates:

• Register by July 31: $995 members / $1,990 non-members.
• Register by September 13: $1,095 members / $2,090 non-members.
• Preconference Seminars: $395 (members and non-members).

Group discounts: Save money on each registration when your organization registers five or more people—the larger your group, the more you save. Per-person discounts range from $50 (5–9 registrants) up to $200 (25+), and must be submitted on the same order.

Cancellation policy: Registrants who cancel in writing on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 are entitled to a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Those who cancel after September 7 will not receive a refund, but attendee substitutions will be allowed.
