American Public Power Association - APPA Engineering & Operations Conference 2027

APPA states that the conference gathers more than 500 utility professionals, industry experts, and solution providers. The audience spans all levels of the utility sector, including vice presidents, superintendents, directors, managers, engineers, and safety and training specialists, as well as electric utility directors, city managers, and emerging leaders.

Registration is handled through APPA's My.PublicPower portal; questions can be directed to Registration@PublicPower.org. Registered attendees receive access to both the Engineering & Operations Conference and the co-located Safety Summit.

For reference, published 2026 registration fees were:

• Engineering & Operations Conference: $995 members / $1,990 nonmembers (early rate); $1,095 members / $2,090 nonmembers after the early deadline.
• Safety Summit: same pricing as the conference.
• Preconference seminars: $395 each.

Group discounts apply automatically for organizations registering five or more people on the same order: $50 per person (5-9 registrants), $100 (10-14), $150 (15-24), and $200 (25+). 2027 pricing and deadlines had not yet been published at the time of writing. APPA members receive discounted rates.
