Registration for the full technical program includes the Conference & Expo recordings and the Transactions (proceedings). Rates are tiered by member status and registration window.

Full Technical Program:

• Member: $1,175 early / $1,275 regular / $1,375 onsite. Non-member: $1,375 early / $1,475 regular / $1,575 onsite. Student: $950 (all windows).

1-Day Technical Program:

• Member: $850 early / $950 regular / $1,050 onsite. Non-member: $950 early / $1,050 regular / $1,150 onsite.

Other: Guest fee is $500. The early registration deadline is May 28, 2026.

Discounts:

• Group discount: with 5 or more registrations, contact Headquarters for a code of $50 off each registration.
• Hotel discount: save $100 by staying at the host hotel and applying the code (from your hotel confirmation) at the time of registration; this applies only to Full Technical Program registrations.

Note: Non-members must first purchase AACE membership before they can register at the member rate—a two-step process. Cancellations received on or before May 1 receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee; no refunds are given after May 2.

The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International) hosts this event as its flagship annual conference. The 2026 Conference & Expo is billed as AACE's 70th Anniversary Conference & Expo, indicating the organization was founded in 1956. The conference rotates among major U.S. cities each year; the 2026 event is at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV, and the 2027 Conference & Expo is planned for the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, FL, on June 13-15, 2027.
