Blueprint - The Future of Real Estate 2026

According to the organizer, Blueprint Vegas 2026 is expected to draw 3,500+ attendees, including 1,000+ built world executives and 950+ startups and investors, with 300+ speakers and 50+ countries represented. The audience skews toward senior decision-makers — C-level executives, venture capital partners, product and innovation teams, and enterprise buyers across real estate, technology, and capital.

Blueprint publishes attendee pass pricing rather than a public booth-pricing schedule; exhibiting and sponsorship are handled through a prospectus request. Published pass rates include:

• All-Access Pass: $2,495, with an early-bird rate of $1,795.
• Early Stage Startup: one Founder Pass for $995, or two for $1,595 (for startups under four years old and/or that have raised less than $5M).
• Group Pass: discounted All-Access passes for groups of 4+ (quote-based).
• Media & Press and Roundtable passes: complimentary, by application only.

Prospective exhibitors and sponsors should request the sponsorship prospectus directly from the organizer for booth and package costs.

Registration is completed online through the official Blueprint website. Pass options include:

1. All-Access Pass — $2,495 ($1,795 early-bird), covering all sessions, the Exhibit Hall, unlimited 1:1 meetings, breakfasts and lunches, three receptions plus closing entertainment, and access to Blueprint Playback.
2. Group Pass — special discount for groups of 4 or more (apply for a quote).
3. Early Stage Startup — Founder Passes for qualifying young startups ($995 for one, $1,595 for two).
4. Media & Press — complimentary, by application.
5. Roundtable Pass — complimentary, by application only, for qualifying real estate owners, operators, developers, general contractors, and family offices piloting new technology.

Real estate executives, non-profits, academics, and government officials may qualify for discounted admission via the VIP Request Form. Passes are delivered electronically. Early registration is encouraged to lock in the lower rate.

Blueprint is organized by Blueprint Events LLC and has established itself as a leading global gathering for real estate and construction technology. The 2025 edition took place September 16–18, 2025, at The Venetian in Las Vegas, and the event returns to the same venue for its 2026 edition on September 22–24, 2026. Over successive editions it has grown into what the organizer describes as the largest, most global gathering of leaders and innovators changing the built world, attracting thousands of attendees and hundreds of speakers from dozens of countries.
