Early-bird rates (ending April 30, 2026):
Standard rates begin May 1, 2026 (e.g. practicing urologists $800 member / $950 non-member).
The President's Reception & Banquet is not included and must be purchased separately ($150 member / $175 non-member; 19 years and older). Taxes of 5% GST and 6% PST are added to registration fees. Cancellations in writing by June 5, 2026 receive a full refund less a 25% administrative charge. Non-CUA member residents, students and PhDs must submit a confirmation letter from their Program Director or Department Head. Note that access to the exhibit hall is restricted to registered healthcare professionals per Health Canada regulations.
CUA 2026 is the 81st Annual Meeting of the Canadian Urological Association, indicating a decades-long tradition of national urology gatherings. The 2026 edition is being hosted for the first time in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis people. The meeting is led by CUA President 2025-2026, Dr. Wassim Kassouf.

TCU Place is the main venue for the scientific program, educational sessions and affiliated meetings, located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. Some affiliated meetings are also held at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Saskatoon Downtown, the meeting's headquarter hotel. TCU Place sits only a few minutes from the headquarter hotel as well as from the Sheraton Cavalier and The James hotels.
Parking is available at nearby hotels. The Delta Hotels by Marriott Saskatoon Downtown offers on-site self-parking at $20 daily plus an electric car charging station. The Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon provides free parking for registered guests, and The James Hotel includes parking for one vehicle. Additional public parking options are available throughout downtown Saskatoon near TCU Place.
Saskatoon is served by Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport (YXE), about a 15-minute drive from downtown, with daily nonstop flights to major destinations. The airport is roughly 8.5 km / 5.3 miles from the downtown hotels. Ground transportation options include taxis, car services, car rentals and a city bus route, and rideshare is available via Uber and the locally owned Riide app. Air Canada, WestJet, Porter and Rise Air serve the city, several with CUA promotional discount codes. Saskatoon also has a VIA Rail station about eight kilometres from downtown, connecting to a cross-Canada rail network. Shuttles will be available between the headquarter hotels and TCU Place. Note that Saskatoon observes Central Standard Time year-round with no Daylight Saving Time.
