CGA Conference & Expo - Common Ground Alliance 2027

For the 2027 conference, the organizer projects approximately 1,400 attendees. The audience is drawn from across the United States and spans 15 industry stakeholder groups within the damage prevention and underground infrastructure community, including utility operators, 811 call center staff, excavators, engineering and construction professionals, safety and compliance officers, public works and municipal leaders, regulators, and technology providers.

Exhibit booth space is priced per square foot, with discounted rates for CGA members:

• CGA Member booth space: $30.00 per square foot
• Non-Member booth space: $40.00 per square foot

Each 10' × 10' booth includes one complimentary exhibitor registration plus two additional discounted exhibitor registrations. Additional exhibitor passes are $925 for CGA members and $1,850 for non-members.

Registration for the 2027 conference opens in late October 2026. Full conference passes and a range of guest and day passes are available:

• CGA Member full conference: $1,400 early bird / $1,500 regular
• Non-Member full conference: $1,800 early bird / $2,000 regular
• Non-Member Government: $1,300
• Spouse/Family of CGA Member: $400 early bird / $500 regular
• One-Day Full Conference (Member): $400 early bird / $500 regular; (Non-Member): $550 / $650
• Expo Only One-Day Pass: $100 early bird / $125 regular

Early bird pricing ends Feb. 26, 2027. Groups of 10 or more receive 10% off full conference registrations. One-day passes are available Monday–Thursday and Expo Only passes Tuesday–Thursday. Registration is limited to qualified industry professionals and is subject to eligibility review. Refunds (minus a 10% service fee) are available for written cancellations received by March 13, 2027.

The CGA Conference & Expo is the annual conference of the Common Ground Alliance, an organization committed to saving lives and preventing damage to North American underground infrastructure through effective damage prevention practices. The event rotates among major U.S. host cities. The 2027 conference returns to Tampa, with future editions scheduled for April 24–27, 2028 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO, and April 9–12, 2029 back in the Tampa Bay area.
