ChemEdge - Alliance for Chemical Distribution - ACD 2026

Over 200 purchasing decision-makers in the chemical distribution industry attend ChemEdge annually to learn the latest regulatory requirements, technical information, and transportation and logistics improvements affecting chemical distributors and related chemical-using industries. The audience is concentrated among decision-makers in EHS&S, transportation and logistics, operations and warehouse, Responsible Distribution code coordinators, chemical manufacturer reps, and emergency, community, and government agency personnel.

Exhibit booth rates for ChemEdge 2026 (each 10'x10' space), per the official Exhibitor Prospectus:

• Member/Affiliate – Regular booth: $2,960 ($3,060 late rate)
• Member/Affiliate – Corner booth: $3,395 ($3,495 late rate)
• Non-Member – Regular booth: $4,335 ($4,435 late rate)
• Non-Member – Corner booth: $4,770 ($4,870 late rate)

The regular rate expires 07/11/26, with the late rate starting 07/12/26. The package includes all ACD educational sessions and food and beverage throughout the program. Each booth includes one 10'x10' space with a 6' draped table, chair, and wastebasket, plus complimentary registration for one exhibiting company representative; additional booth personnel registration is reduced to $840 for members and $1,000 for non-members.

Registration for ChemEdge 2026 is open through the ACD member portal. To register:

2. Complete registration through ACD's online event system.
3. After your registration is confirmed, you will receive access to the official hotel reservation link.

Exhibitors reserve booths via ACD's online booth form or by contacting the ACD meetings team. Key exhibitor deadlines: booth regular rate expires July 11, 2026; updated exhibitor information is due by June 30, 2026; and listing in the website/app directory requires registering by July 31, 2026. Note: ACD warns attendees to be wary of travel agency scams — if contacted by any agency claiming to be affiliated with "convention housing" or offering hotel room bookings, do not provide personal or payment information. This is a scam. ACD does not partner with such companies. Some scammers may falsely claim to be the official housing bureau, but ACD has not contracted with any third-party housing provider. Only registered attendees receive access to the official reservation link, sent after registration is confirmed.

ChemEdge is the flagship conference and trade show of the Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD), formerly known as the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD). The event is held annually in a rotating host city; recent editions include ChemEdge 2024 (August 21–23, 2024) and ChemEdge 2025 in Louisville, KY (August 13–15, 2025), with ChemEdge 2026 moving to Atlanta, GA. Starting in 2026, ACD Regional Meetings will follow a new seasonal schedule, with meetings held in the Winter, Spring, and Fall, rotating to different cities each year to make participation more accessible for members nationwide.
