More detailed information about this show will be added soon.
The organizer does not publish official attendance figures. A third-party event listing reported that roughly 5,000 people attended a prior Alameda/San Francisco edition. The average attendee stays over three hours, and most people stay the full day. The audience skews broad and family-oriented, spanning EV shoppers, enthusiasts, early adopters and curious first-timers of all ages.
Tickets are sold online (through the Demo Days Festival ticketing platform) or on-site at the box office. General Admission starts at $24.99. Kids 5 and under get in free.
The only upgrade available is the Power Pack, which includes a dedicated Power Pack entry lane, Dash Pass priority-lane access at participating automotive brands (one use per brand, automotive only) and VIP Lounge access; Power Pack is for attendees 18 and up. Your digital General Admission ticket is emailed from Ticketbud, and all guests must review and sign an event liability waiver upon arrival at the box office. Bring a valid driver's license, as some exhibitors and demonstrations require one to participate.
Electrify Expo grew into a multi-city touring festival positioned as North America's largest electric vehicle event, expanding across major U.S. markets. For 2026 it added three new locations—San Diego, Philadelphia and Atlanta. The most significant recent milestone is its evolution into a broader platform: Electrify Expo has expanded into Demo Days Festival—all vehicles, no restrictions, just you and the open course. Demo Days is open to every powertrain—gas, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fully electric—with Electrify Expo now a dedicated premium zone inside the festival for hybrid and EV shoppers.
It takes place August 22-23, 2026, held outdoors at Alameda Point in Alameda, California, just across the bay from San Francisco. The event runs Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
General Admission starts at $24.99 and can be purchased online or on-site at the box office. Kids 5 and under get in free, and a Power Pack upgrade is available for priority lane access and VIP Lounge entry for attendees 18 and up.
You can ride, drive and demo electric cars, trucks, hybrids, e-motorcycles, e-bikes, e-scooters and more across multiple demo courses. New 2026 features include a Robotics Showcase, Aerial Mobility Showcase, off-road Terrain Park and Adventure Track, Electrify Showoff, an EV Reality Check stage, food, music and a Kids Zone.
Admission tickets do not include event parking, but there are paid adjacent parking garages, surface lots and metered street parking near the event grounds. Arriving early or using rideshare is recommended.
Oakland International Airport (OAK) is the closest, only a few miles from Alameda Point, while SFO is about 34 miles and San Jose about 30 miles away. Alameda is also reachable by AC Transit bus, the Alameda/Oakland Ferry, nearby BART and rideshare.
