Registration is completed online through the official LDC Gas Forums registration portal. Your conference registration includes access to all sessions, the Keynote Lunch, networking breakfasts and breaks, and cocktail receptions, as well as a copy of the Conference Program; optional networking activities are available at an additional cost, and all fees are in U.S. funds.

Standard / Sponsor registration: In-person conference registration is $1,795.00, with optional networking activities at $245.00.
Government registration: Full-time employees of accredited federal, state and local government departments and agencies receive a 50% discount ($850), courtesy of the LDC Gas Forum Sponsors, with optional networking activities at $245.00.
Gas Buyers – Regulated Utilities & End Users: Attend at no charge, limited to a maximum of 3 free passes per company, with free conference attendance and optional networking activities thanks to the Sponsors.
Energy Merchant Facility Operator (Gas Buyer): Operators of non-regulated merchant energy facilities (e.g. merchant power generation, LNG, CNG) receive a 50% discount ($850), with optional networking activities at $245.00.

The 2026 edition is the 22nd annual LDC Gas Forums Rockies and West, themed "Energy Innovations." New for 2026, the Rockies & West Natural Gas Forum moves to San Diego, taking place August 10-12 at the Omni Hotel. The Forum is part of a broader family of regional LDC Gas Forums that also includes Southeast, Northeast, Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast, and NatGas to Power events.
