Farwest Show 2026

The Farwest Show draws over 4,000 attendees from across the globe, including a diverse audience of growers, retailers, buyers, and landscape professionals from across the country. The exhibit floor features 300-plus exhibitors, representing top companies in the industry from around the world.

Registration is completed online through the show's registration portal. Pass types and early-bird rates (early-bird rate followed by the rate after July 31) include:

• 3-Day Trade Show Pass — $10 early-bird / $20 after July 31; includes 3-day show admission, the New Varieties and New Products Showcases, Solution Center mini-sessions, and all networking and social events.
• OAN Member & Exhibitor Discount Trade Show Pass — FREE with a comp code.
• 3-Day All Education Pass — $159 / $189; includes a 3-day trade show pass, all seminars and pesticide classes, and up to 6 hours of pesticide recertification credits.
• 1-Day All Education Pass — $89 / $119 (choose Wednesday or Thursday).
• ½ Day Friday — $49 / $69.
• Student/Teacher 3-Day All Education Pass — $49 / $69.
• Nursery Tours (Wholesale Grower, Propagation, or Automation) — $129 / $145 each, including a 3-day trade show pass, admission to one Tuesday tour, and lunch.

Attendees 17 and under do not need to pay trade show admittance. Registrations canceled on or before July 31, 2026 receive a 50% refund; no refunds are given after July 31, 2026.

The Farwest Show is produced by the Oregon Association of Nurseries (OAN), a non-profit trade association that represents more than 700 individual nursery stock producers, retailers, landscapers and related companies serving the nursery and greenhouse industry. It has grown into what organizers describe as the biggest and greenest nursery and greenhouse trade show in the West.
