International Claim Association - ICA Education Conference 2026

The conference draws 400+ claim professionals, industry partners, and decision-makers. Per ICA, the event brings together over 400 insurance-claims professionals representing the association's 100+ member companies. The audience consists of claim and special investigation professionals across Life, Disability, Long-Term Care, Supplemental Health, and Absence Management disciplines.

Registration is handled through the ICA online events portal, where attendees select their preferred breakout sessions during sign-up (space in classrooms is limited).

Registration fees:

• ICA members: $1,350
• Non-members: $1,850
• Guest tickets: $150 per evening reception (Welcome Reception or Closing Reception), added to a full conference registration; guest tickets cover evening receptions only and do not include other functions or meals.
• Corporate ICA members are eligible for a 50% discount on a first-time attendee registration once a full-priced ticket has been purchased.

Registration includes access to general sessions, breakout sessions, evening receptions, and all provided meals; it does not include hotel or travel arrangements.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by Friday, August 21, 2026. Refunds (minus a $100 processing fee) are issued within 30 days after cancellation. After that date, substitutions from the same company are accepted in writing without penalty.

The International Claim Association has operated since 1909, and for over one hundred years it has helped professionals in the life, health, and disability insurance claims industry through industry research, educational certifications, and member resources. The association administers the sole industry claim designation for life, health, reinsurers, managed care, TPAs, and Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations worldwide, delivered through its ALHC and FLHC education programs. The Annual Education Conference is the organization's flagship yearly event, gathering members from its 100+ member companies for education, advocacy, and networking.
