LeadingAge Peak Leadership Summit 2027

Each year, more than 700 aging professionals attend the Summit in Washington, DC. More than 700 aging services leaders came together in April 2026 to shape the future of aging services. In earlier years attendance has been reported at nearly 1,000; the 2025 Summit brought together nearly 1,000 senior and emerging leaders from aging service providers across the country. The event has brought together more than 700 aging services leaders for more than 25 years. The audience is composed primarily of executives and senior-level leaders — CEOs, presidents, and vice presidents — of aging services organizations, along with business partners serving the sector.

Registration for each year's Summit typically opens in early in the year through the official Summit website. Attendees can register at member or non-member rates. LeadingAge members are able to register at the member fee as long as their membership status is current and approved; organizations can join LeadingAge to enjoy benefits including member registration fees at LeadingAge events. The LeadingAge Leadership Summit is a long-running annual event. It has brought together more than 700 aging services leaders for more than 25 years. The Summit is organized by LeadingAge and held each spring in Washington, DC. LeadingAge represents more than 5,300 nonprofit and mission-driven aging services providers serving older adults, and works with state partners representing members active in 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. In recent years the Summit has been held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, with editions including April 2022, April 7–9 2024, 2025, and April 20–22 2026.
