The 2026 edition is anchored by four world-class culinary competitions and a robust education program:
Marquee sessions include a keynote from futurist Shawn DuBravac, sponsored by New Orleans & Company, and a State of the Restaurant Industry & Economic Outlook session with Chad Moutray, Ph.D. The 2026 LRA Awards, sponsored by DIRECTV for Business, are also presented on the show floor.

The LRA Showcase is produced by the Louisiana Restaurant Association, which is marking its 80th year around the time of the 2026 event. In 2026, the Showcase takes on an even bigger stage, nestled between four world-class competitions—the Pastry World Cup Americas, Bocuse d'Or Americas, the Great American Seafood Cook-Off, and the Four Roses Bourbon Global Expedition Cocktail Competition—bringing more energy, more traffic, and more opportunities to connect with qualified buyers from across the Gulf South and beyond. The 2026 edition marks the first time the Showcase partnered with Bocuse d'Or Americas and the World Pastry Cup.
The LRA Showcase takes place July 25-26, 2026, in Hall I of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, located at 900 Convention Center Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70130. Showcase hours run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
The show is designed for restaurant and hospitality decision-makers, including chefs, owners, operators, and beverage directors, as well as bars, hotels, caterers, and clubs. It primarily serves independent restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses across the Gulf South.

The 2026 edition is anchored by four world-class competitions: the Pastry World Cup Americas, Bocuse d'Or Americas, the Great American Seafood Cook-Off, and the Four Roses Bourbon Global Expedition Cocktail Competition. It also features a Cooking Demo Stage, the Kitchen Counter Stage presented by Ecolab, and a keynote from futurist Shawn DuBravac.
The LRA offers partner hotel rates at properties including the host Higgins Hotel New Orleans, Hyatt Centric, Kimpton Hotel Fontenot, Hilton New Orleans Riverside, and Hampton Inn & Suites. A complimentary shuttle runs 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. between select hotels and the venue, and on-site parking is available for $23 per day, paid via the ParkMobile app since the center is cashless.
